AMSOIL FORD 6.7L SINGLE-REMOTE BYPASS SYSTEM

AMSOIL's Ford 6.7L Single-Remote Bypass System adds a secondary filtration circuit to 2011-present Ford 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engines, pulling oil from the main system, filtering it to a far finer level than the factory full-flow filter can achieve, and returning clean oil to the engine continuously.

The full-flow oil filter on a Ford 6.7L Power Stroke has a tough job. It has to pass enough oil volume to keep up with engine demand, which means it can only trap particles down to a certain size before it would create too much restriction. That compromise leaves fine contaminants, including soot, circulating through bearings, rings, and turbo journals for the life of the oil change. In a diesel engine that generates significant soot loads, especially under towing, hauling, or extended idle conditions, those particles accumulate and accelerate wear.

SUPERIOR SMALL-PARTICLE FILTRATION, INCLUDING SOOT REMOVAL
A bypass filtration system works differently than the full-flow filter. Because it processes only a small portion of total oil flow at any given moment, it can use much denser filter media to capture particles the full-flow filter simply cannot touch. The BMK33 system routes oil from the engine through an AMSOIL Ea Bypass filter element, which removes soot and ultra-fine contaminants that pass straight through conventional filtration. Over time, this means virtually all oil circulating through your 6.7L Power Stroke gets scrubbed to a level the factory system was never designed to reach.

INCREASED FILTRATION CAPACITY AND EXTENDED FILTER LIFE
The system ships with an EaBP90 bypass filter element, which is rated for up to 60,000 miles, 600 hours, or 2 years, whichever comes first. For operators who want even longer service intervals, the system also accepts the EaBP100 (70,000 miles / 800 hours / 2 years) and EaBP110 (80,000 miles / 1,200 hours / 2 years) filter elements. That kind of service life means fewer filter changes and lower long-term maintenance costs, which adds up quickly on a truck that works for a living.

YOUR ENGINE CONSTANTLY RUNS ON CLEAN OIL
This is the core advantage of bypass filtration. The system operates continuously while the engine is running, constantly pulling a portion of oil through the bypass filter and returning it clean. The result is oil that stays dramatically cleaner throughout the entire drain interval. Cleaner oil means less abrasive wear on critical components like cam bearings, crankshaft journals, piston rings, and the turbocharger. ENGINEERED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FORD 6.7L POWER STROKE
The BMK33 is not a generic, one-size-fits-all bypass kit. It includes a purpose-built aluminum filter adapter (BK1104) designed for the Ford/Cummins platform and an aluminum oil fill cap (BK1103) machined specifically for the Ford 6.7L oil fill port. The hose, fittings, and mounting hardware are all matched for proper flow and durability. An optional petcock valve kit (BP67, sold separately) can be added to the system for easy, uncontaminated oil sampling, which is the best way to verify what the bypass system is doing for your engine over time.

COMPATIBILITY AND INSTALLATION
The BMK33 fits 2011-present Ford 6.7L diesel engines. The system mounts remotely using the included filter mount assembly, hardware, and mounting template. AMSOIL recommends performing a full oil and filter change at the time of installation. The full-flow oil filter must be purchased separately and maintained on its normal service schedule. The bypass system supplements the full-flow filter; it does not replace it.
